Supplier Evidence Checklist

Forced Labor Prevention regulations issue evidence collection requirements that companies must abide by to comply and freely import into the issuing State. Together with American Apparel and Footwear Association, we created this guide and checklist of evidence documents that may be required from port authorities to permit entry of a shipment.

What's covered by the checklist?

Our evidence collection checklist covers a number of different data points that should be proactively documented and collected, including:

  • General Supplier Information
  • Transactional and Payment Documentation
  • Transportation Documentation
  • Production Documentation
  • Certifications
